Mt Cootha…

So part of the Bridge to Brisbane training included running Mt Cootha which we ran today. I had a drop off 2km up the “mountain” and so ran around 8km in total. It took us 1hr 6mins roughly to run that and we were well impressed with ourselves considering it was our first time running [...]

Hello from my iPhone

I’ve just downloaded the new app for the iPhone which allows me to blog to my wordpress account on this server. I think it is pretty cool. Will have to figure out how to post photos onto this as well. Anyway, hello from the iPhone world!

Fantastic article

New Zealand may have done a whole lot more than win a Tri-Nations/Bledisloe Cup match on Saturday night. They just might have shown the whole Northern Hemisphere that the new ELVs are not the devil personified, as everyone north of the Equator seems to think. Continue on…
